TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
Is airfare included? If it is not, can you assist? Do you have partnerships with any airlines for discounts?
Airfare is not included, but our travel desk is available to assist you with any questions you may have about booking. We currently do not have any partnerships with airlines for discounts.
How do I get to the property from the airport?
We have regularly scheduled shuttles between the hotel and airport. Please make sure to reserve your spot in advance by contacting us at contactus@bentleyandwong.com. We can also arrange private transportation at an extra cost.
How long is the average drive to the property from the airport?
Most of our properties are within a one-hour drive to the nearest airport.
Is there parking if I want to rent a car?
Yes, there is parking. Please send an email to contactus@bentleyandwong.com to reserve a spot.
LODGING
Are toiletries included?
Basic toiletries are provided for our members. Please bring any specialty or personal items you may need.
What connectivity speeds will I have at the property?
We work with local providers to ensure high-speed internet is available throughout each property. You’ll be able to stream, VOIP, zoom, Skype– whatever need be!
What about security for each property?
The comfort and security of our members is our highest priority. All of our properties are in safe and stable locations. Security is present on each property, 24 x 7.
How far is the nearest town?
We work strategically to make sure that your urban fix can be satisfied within approximately one hour. All of our properties are geographically designed to be no more than an hour from an urban setting.
FOOD
Is food included?
Breakfast is included at all of our properties. For lunch and dinner, you have the option of a 4-course, prefixed meal or you can simply order a-la-carte from the menu.
Is there a market nearby to shop for supplies or groceries?
Yes. We will provide you with a detailed list of local shops upon arrival.
Are there kitchens in the room?
There is not. We encourage our members to use our community kitchens, as needed.
Can you accomodate specific dietary needs?
Absolutely. Please contact us at contactus@bentleyandwong.com and let us know what you need.
Is there room service at each of the properties?
There is limited room service.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Will my health insurance work abroad?
Please check directly with your health insurance provider to see what your plan covers when you travel.
If I need to buy supplemental insurance, can you assist?
We can, indeed. We have a medical concierge available 24×7 to assist when planning your stay.
Is there a doctor on property?
If medical assistance is needed our property doctor can be called at each of our properties. For any additional medical questions or concerns, our medical concierge is available to our members, 24×7.
ACTIVITIES & EXCURSIONS
Are all activities/excursions offered included?
The on-property activities like classes, lectures, and events are included and available to sign up for all pf our members. Any tours and excursions, off-property, are available at an extra cost.
Can you assist in booking off property activities?
We are more than happy to assist with any and all of your booking needs.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
Are there different membership levels?
Yes. Please see our brochure which highlights the various membership levels we offer.
Is there a minimum age to become a member?
You must be at least 18 to sign-up without a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you are under 18, to ensure your safety you will need a parent or guardian to provide additional information.
What is your cancellation policy?
Stays may be cancelled, however, they are not refundable.
What is your tipping policy?
We work to make our staff part of the Bentley and Wong family, and therefore we do not require any tipping. For off-property activities, please tip as normal.
